Join us for one of our classes or workshops, taught by expert cheesemongers and our in-house sommelier!
Classes are held on-site in our store kitchen, or at a location of your choosing, and tickets are $65 per person. This includes a slate board and everything needed to put together a beautiful charcuterie board that serves 3-4 when completed. The experience takes about an hour and a half from start to finish, and covers everything from fun cheese facts to how to choose items for a board, plus several hands-on tricks to make your board look professional. We wrap the finished boards neatly at the end for participants to take home and enjoy later, or to enjoy after the class.
We offer a wine pairing option for our classes as well!
Workshops vary in price and are held in-store. Reservations must be made in advance via our website. Workshops are an educational experience featuring an in-depth tasting of a selection of artisan cheeses and wines chosen to pair with them. Taught by owner and cheesemonger, Amanda Pastusek, and our in-house sommelier, Kathryn Longbottom. Workshops last roughly an hour to an hour and a half, and are held in the main store space, rather than the kitchen like a class.
We can’t wait to see you for our next class or workshop! Call or email us with any questions you have, or to set up a private class for 6 or more people.
Classes and workshops make great team-building events! Contact us to arrange a corporate event in our store or at your office location.
