Our FIRST EVER Advanced Charcuterie Class!  If you have joined us for a class any time in the past, and want to add to your skills and knowledge, this class is for you!

Skills covered in this class:  specialty roses, zig-zag fruit technique, mango cutting technique, Brie shapes, prosciutto fans/ruffles, and more!  It is a lot of knife work, so be prepared for that if you are booking this class.

We will provide all tools and supplies needed, plus aprons and gloves.  These boards will be round and slightly larger than the slates we usually use, serving 5-6 when finished.

 While creating your board, we can pair three types of wine with the cheeses for you to enjoy!  Just select "with wine pairings" to add that option.

Please arrive promptly, or early is fine too!  Feel free to shop our retail area or enjoy a glass of wine before the class starts at 6:30.
