JUNE 20th, 6:30pm Charcuterie Class

TUESDAY, JUNE 20th at 6:30pm

Join us for a fun evening where we will be creating a 10"x6" slate charcuterie board with lots of summery colors and flavors!  Class is hands-on, lasts about 1.5 hours, and takes place in our commercial kitchen.  Boards are wrapped to take home at the end!

We provide everything needed to make the charcuterie board that serves 2-4 when finished.  Filled with artisanal cheeses, meats, fruit, nuts and more.

WINE PAIRINGS:  Enjoy a “welcome” glass of bubbly upon arrival, and three tasting pours during the class.  Just select "with wine pairings" to add this option to your ticket.

Please arrive promptly, or early is fine too!  Feel free to shop our retail area or enjoy a glass of wine before the class starts at 6:30.
