Charcuterie Class at THE COLLECTIVE OUTDOORS, Friday July 19th, 6pm

Come and enjoy a delicious taste of summer, in the air conditioning!  The Collective Outdoors is a beautiful patio showroom, and we have teamed up with them to bring you a fresh new space to teach you all our charcuterie tips and tricks.  Class will be tropical themed, feel free to wear your favorite sundress or Hawaiian shirt!

Complimentary wines and beverages will be served, and each ticket is good for 1 board plus ingredients.  We will be making a 12x6" palm leaf charcuterie tray, which serves 2-4 when finished.  We provide boxes to transport the boards home afterward.  Class lasts about an hour.

There are no physical tickets.  Please give your name to the hostess when you arrive.
